Anna and the French Kiss by Stephanie Perkins

9754815What can I say. I hated the two main characters as much as I liked them. There were moments when Anna (protagonist and narrator) and Étienne (by the way, that’s a bullseye name!) really frustrated me with their bullshit. But then again, they’re teenagers and teenagers are supposed to be stupid and do stupid things, because that’s the way it’s supposed to be and the way they are supposed to learn about life, right?.

Anyway, I really liked Anna and the French Kiss. It was a sweet and very funny book that actually made me laugh and ‘awwwww’ and care for all of its characters, their friendships and relationships, their laughs and their cries. So, Stephanie Perkins, you did good!
